I have written these articles to show how counselling can help you or anyone else: family or friends. They explore some of those issues that I often come across when people take that step to look for help and support.

I know that it can be daunting to ask for help and perhaps you feel that talking to a stranger about those problems won't make any difference but my answer would be to just try it. Make one appointment. It doesn't commit you to a second.

Talking to someone at a difficult time in life can un-jumble those constant thoughts, to offload and help make sense of them - to feel you are not alone.

I hope you find them of interest and informative.
